1. Services We Provide

• Roller shutters (high-speed, polycarbonate, MS, GI, double-skin, aluminium)
• Automatic doors and automatic garage doors
• Swing & sliding gates and gate motor automation
• Dock levelers and industrial access solutions
• Shutter slat manufacturing and replacement
• Restaurant tents and outdoor canopies

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are provided free of charge after a site inspection or assessment of your requirements.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices quoted are based on the specifications agreed at the time of quotation. Any changes in scope, materials, dimensions or site conditions after quotation may result in a revised price.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive/inclusive of VAT as stated in the quotation.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• A service booking is confirmed only after you accept the quotation and pay any required advance/deposit.
• For supply and installation projects, an advance payment of 30–50% may be required before work begins. The balance is payable upon completion.
• For repair and maintenance services, payment is generally due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed date and time.
• Ensure the site is ready for installation (e.g., cleared obstacles, available power supply where required).
• Inform us in advance of any site conditions that may affect the work (e.g., structural issues, electrical limitations).
• Obtain any required approvals from landlords, building management, or authorities (e.g., municipality or community approvals) before installation.

5. Installation & Workmanship

• All installations are carried out by qualified technicians following standard industry practices and safety procedures.
• We use quality materials and components; however, exact colors, finishes and material availability may vary slightly from samples or images shown on the website.
• Custom-made products (e.g., shutters, slats, gates, tents) are manufactured to the measurements confirmed during site inspection. Please verify all measurements — we are not responsible for errors in measurements approved by the customer.
• Structural modifications required beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work proceeds.

6. Delivery & Completion Timelines

• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on site conditions and material availability.
• Delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, permit approvals or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed and work to complete the job as quickly as possible.
• Completion is confirmed when the work is tested and handed over to you.

7. Warranty

• We provide a workmanship warranty of 6–12 months on installation services (as stated in your quotation).
• Motors and branded components carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, force majeure or unauthorized modifications
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage caused by others or by power supply issues
  • Lack of regular maintenance
• Warranty claims require proof of installation by MRN Shutter Service.

8. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Overdue balances may incur a late payment charge as permitted under UAE law.
• Ownership of installed goods remains with MRN Shutter Service until full payment is received.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled work will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or rescheduling requests on the day of service, may incur a cancellation fee.
• Custom-manufactured items that have already entered production cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We take all reasonable care during installation, repair and maintenance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural defects, hidden site conditions or damage caused by third parties.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific service or product supplied.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business income.

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, service descriptions) is the property of MRN Shutter Service and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
• Service descriptions, images and prices on this website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final specifications are confirmed in your written quotation.
